If you are thinking about buying heifers, we encourage you to bring your trailer with you. • All EPD’s were current as of 12-10-24. • All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. (Available upon request.) At no time shall Kunkel Simmentals be responsible for more that the purchase price of the animal. • We will be selling 100% possession and interest on all bulls & females sold. We reserve the right to collect 100 units of se- men on any of the bulls for in-herd use only. This will be done at the seller’s expense and the buyer’s convenience. Please contact me if you have any questions. • Announcements made from the auction block take prece- dence over printed material. • Kunkel Simmentals will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items or liable for any personal injury. • An Insurance Representative will be available on sale day. We strongly encourage the buyer’s to take insurance at least through the first breeding season. Full liability is assumed by the buyer when the gavel falls. COLOR & POLLED GUIDE HOMOZYGOUS BLACK - All calves will be black if mated to a black or non-dilutor red cow. HETEROZYGOUS BLACK - If mated to a non-dilutor red cow ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red. HOMOZYGOUS POLLED - All calves will be polled. HETEROZYGOUS POLLED - If mated to a horned cow ½ of the calves will be polled and ½ will be horned. NON-DILUTOR - If mated to a heterozygous black cow, ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red. If mated to a homozygous black cow, all calves will be black. DILUTOR - If mated to black cow, you might get a grey calf.
