BHS Announces Scholarship Recipients For 2025-2026
BHS Corrugated North America, Inc. has announced the winners of its prestigious scholarships for the 2025-2026 school year. This year, the company is proud to award four
Juana Albornoz daughter, of Will Prause (Qualification and Training Coordinator at BHS), has been awarded a $5,000 scholarship and will continue her education at Florida Inter- national University.
$5,000 scholarships and one $10,000 scholarship to five- exceptional students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements, dedication to volunteerism, and a vision for their future educational pursuits. The BHS scholarship program is open to the children/grandchildren of BHS/BHS Robotics employees or employ- ees of BHS custom- ers. Eligible students must be enrolled in a 4-year institution, tech- nical college, or trade school. The application process required stu- dents to showcase their accomplishments and aspirations, culminating in an essay related to the corrugated industry. Cecily Johnson. family member of Brian Johnson (Pratt Industries), has been awarded a $5,000 schol- arship and will continue her educa- tion at Dallas Baptist University. Esmerelda Can, daughter of Melchor Can (M2P Service Tech- nician II at BHS), has been awarded a $10,000 scholarship and will continue her education at UC Berkeley.
Madison Mercado, daughter of Chad Mercado (IT Support pe- cialist at BHS), has been awarded a $5,000 scholarship and will continue her education at Xavier University.
