RESEARCH PARK WEST
The footprint of the Research Park (West) Complex will be expanded to meet the growing demand. This includes building and equipping a companion facility to the MicaPlex, called the Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology, and a research hangar to accommodate businesses with flight requirements. EAST The proposed Research Park (East) Complex will have 600,000 sq. ft. of flex lease space. Sites ranging from 50–100,00 sq. ft. will be available. This cutting edge business ecosystem will create thousands of high-paying jobs. Together , these complexes will provide opportunities for innovative companies to take flight and help high-paying jobs to continue landing in Volusia County.
