Thanksgiving Adult & Me Baking Class Instructor: Elizabeth Rogers

Apple picking is a fun family activity — let’s learn an easy recipe to use those delicious apples you bring home! At our Apple Crisp Adult-and-Me class, we will prepare take-and-bake apple crisp. Each adult-child pair will practice age-appropriate early learning skills, leave with a pan that is ready to pop in the oven, and take home a copy of the recipe to replicate this treat with those ripe fall apples. While young bakers work on their creations, adults will learn tricks for making time in the kitchen fun and educational. This activity will be nut- free; gluten-free available upon request. Preparing family meals for Thanksgiving break can be a fun and educational way to spend time with your preschooler! Join us as we make take-and-bake pumpkin bread. Your young baker will practice essential skills while you work together to create a delicious breakfast to share.
