Swinging Twisters begins with fun, fast-paced stretching and warm ups. It introduces students to basic gymnastic positions, skills and utilizes appropriately sized gymnastics equipment. Our gymnastics lesson plans keep kids moving, motivated, and challenged through proper, safe progressions.
