Kids Warrior Yoga Instructor: Carolyn Miller, M.Ed, RYT-200 Yoga for school age children provides a fun and engaging way for children to practice mindfulness, body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility in a non-competitive and compassionate environment. Traditional yoga poses will be explored using child friendly language, games and traditional yoga sequencing.
