REDUCING BARRIERS TO ENTRY In addition to its headquarters in the Belgian capital, UBI Business School has campuses in Shanghai and Luxembourg, as well as a delivery site in Madrid. To add to its international reach and ramp up accessibility, it deploys a hybrid-flexible, or ‘hyflex’ teaching method across its programmes. This involves a mixture of asynchronous activities and synchronous live sessions that can be attended either on campus or online. “The key for us is to reduce barriers of entry to high-quality business education,” enthuses UBI deputy managing director Desmond Yap. “Our hyflex methodology seeks to address, for instance, logistical
