EXCEL Volleyball All Skills Training NEW EXCEL Volleyball Staff The EXCEL Volleyball All Skills Training program provides an introduction to fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking. This program is designed for athletes who want to build a strong foundation of fundamental volleyball skills. The session consists of skill development and some game-play situations. Lessons are adjusted and advanced based on individual skill levels. This program is designed for all skill levels. The first few weeks focus on individual skill development, while the remaining weeks focus on putting those skills and fundamentals into game play situations. Due to the age of participants, parents/guardians must remain on-site for bathroom breaks, behavioral interventions or additional assistance.
Discover the fastest-growing sport in the area! Each week is divided into two segments: instruction and gameplay. Participants learn essential skills such as forehands, backhands, dinks, overheads and serves. Participants also gain a solid understanding of the game’s rules and basic strategies. Our program is designed to leave kids excited about what they have learned while encouraging ongoing participation in the sport. Plus, it provides a great opportunity for quality physical activity! Participants are welcome to bring their own pickleball paddles; however, Bally Sports Group provides all necessary equipment. The program fee includes a soft-fit team shirt. Due to the age of participants, parents/guardians must remain on-site for bathroom breaks, behavioral interventions or additional assistance.

KZ Martial Arts builds upon the skills presented in our preschool Karate Zoo program and presents new areas for training, as we explore the traditions and fundamentals of martial arts! Covering 12
different skill-specific areas, the KZ Martial Arts curriculum represents martial arts in a structured and engaging way using fun, active drills mixed with traditional training methods. As participants progress through the program, they earn colored belts and stripes to recognize their achievements and advancement in karate skills. Due to the age of participants, parents/guardians must remain on-site for bathroom breaks, behavioral interventions or additional assistance.
