YACEP yoga certification What is Sound Meditation? Sound Meditation uses soothing, harmonic sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. It is an incredibly powerful way to reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being. The vibrations from the sounds help to relax the nervous system, easing tension and stress. The meditative state achieved can improve mental

clarity and concentration. It’s a wonderful way to unwind, allowing your mind and body to rest deeply. The sound waves work on a vibrational level to align and balance your body’s energy. To make yourself comfortable, feel free to bring along a mat, blanket, or any props to help you settle in. You can choose to sit or lie down—whatever feels best for you.
