Activities are available for preview at yourirvine.org on the first day of February, May, August, and November. Registration opens on the 15th of these months at 6 a.m. Registration dates for Irvine Fine Arts Center, Senior Services, and Aquatics may vary. Please check with the specific sites for their program registration dates and times. ACTIVITY REGISTRATION
CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS • If a course is canceled by the City or the instructor, the client will receive a full refund for the class fee. • Participant-requested withdrawals are subject to the Withdrawal Guidelines listed. • Credit card transactions will be refunded to the original card used. Cash and check transactions will be refunded by check. Please allow two to three weeks. • User account credit balances will be reconciled by the City as a refund on a regular basis. • If you wish to withdraw or request a refund, please email yourirvine@cityofirvine.org or call 949-724-6610. METHODS OF PAYMENT • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express: Online at yourirvine.org or in person at Community Centers and some special facilities. • Checks & Cash: Accepted for in-person registration only. Make checks payable to City of Irvine. Returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee. • Processing fees for payments will be assessed at checkout and are not eligible for refund. WITHDRAWAL GUIDELINES • General Withdrawal Fee: Withdrawal requests are processed with a $5 withdrawal fee per transaction. Aquatics, Camps, Leagues, and After School Programs have program- specific withdrawal guidelines: Visit cityofirvine.org/registration for details. • Classes with one to three session dates and tennis lessons: Requests must be received one week prior to start date for a full refund (less withdrawal fee). • Classes with four or more session dates: Requests must be received three days prior to second class meeting for a full refund (less withdrawal fee). • Excursions or Special Events: Withdrawals not eligible for refunds. • Balances less than $5: If a withdrawal is for a class with a fee of less than $5, the total class fee will be assessed as the withdrawal fee.
GENERAL INFORMATION • All courses are subject to cancellation or change. • Registration and payment is required for all courses, unless noted otherwise. • The nonresident fee is an additional $5 per course priced $11 to $74; $10 for courses priced $75 and above. • Confirmation receipts are emailed after each transaction. • If a course is full, and you are placed on a waitlist, please wait to be contacted prior to attending the course. • Fees are not prorated for missed classes unless enrolled from the waitlist after class begins. • Update your account contact information regularly at yourirvine.org .
