“I’d first seen the programme in 2014, when I joined the CIPP. I’d completed my undergraduate degree in 2001 and had gone straight into work, rather than postgraduate study, but I’d always been interested in further learning. “I’ve enjoyed meeting fellow payroll professionals and other leaders from different industries.
