What is a procedure pack
Procedure packs consist of individually composed sin- gle-use items as per customer specification. Usually a procedure pack is composed of:
3 3 surgical drapes 3 3 surgical gowns 3 3 irrigation and aspiration systems 3 3 protection of the dental unit
3 3 accessories for surgery (sheaths and protections for instruments and physiodispensers, medical adhesives, gauzes and pads) By intensive consultancy we advise you on the large variety of components available in our portfolio. Consequently, the individually customized procedure pack is composed in a perfect configuration as needed for your surgical- procedures

Practical, compact and ready to use,
• Production of packs occurs in a controlled environ- ment classified as “ISO CLASS 8” pursuant to EN ISO 14644-1. • The packs are packaged in a double sterile packag- ing, medical paper and blister, through extremely strict and rigorous procedures which meet the highest control standards. • A constant after-sales surveillance and vigilance have been implemented in order to ensure that the packs are always at the forefront in terms of safety, suitability for use and customer satisfaction. • During the internal production phases, monitoring is direct and constant so as to ensure ever-increasing quality standards and safety. • The label used for sterile packs contains all the infor- mations to identify the device (code, lot, expiration date). There are two more cut-outs that allow easy data storage and traceability of all materials and com- ponents used. • Sterility guaranteed for 5 years from the date of pro- duction (if the package is not damaged).

Sustainability
Disposable packs have two advantages from this point of view: • they dramatically reduce the amount of packaging material compared with individually packaged prod- ucts. • despite their use producing waste every day, they are preferable to reusable materials. This is because their safety is guaranteed at every use and they must not be repeatedly washed and sterilised by medical personnel, with consequent energy saving.

STANDARD PACK The ideal solution for small and extensive dental surgeries
CUSTOMIZED PACK The best way to answer your specific needs The customized packs consist of the combination of dis- posable medical devices which follows the surgeon need step by step: from dressing to surgical instruments. All items are carefully stacked in the order agreed with the surgeon, so as to optimise his work time. • Rather than spending time to collect in advance all the products that will be necessary during a specific surgery, handling the inventory of a high number of articles/suppliers, the medical personnel has only to collect a customized pack, containing all the prod- ucts. • In the operating theatre, the surgical team will only have to open the set, taking one after the other the single products included in it, set up a sterile field. • The name of the commissioning Surgical Team is printed on the label of each pack
Standard packs have a default composition and include dressing sets and procedure packs.
