HELIOS DELIVERY STRUCTURE

1. Intervention andragogy: The intervention will consist of Coaching and Focussed Group Discussions.

2. Duration: 6-9-12 months (depending on the visible behavioural change in each protégé).

Organization Analysis (OA)

3.1.

3.1.1. Workout process to define, disseminate and distil objectives, strategies and targets to the

protégés. Identify four (04) projects per protégé for leadership behaviour change.

3.1.2. Build and administer a structural tool (360 degree assessment) for identifying the areas of

behaviour change specific to each protégé.

3.1.3. Behavioural interviews with protégé and three (03) stakeholders for supplementary

information.

3.1.4. Publish individual and organizational report.

Organizational Behaviour (OB)

3.2.

3.2.1. Customized coaching plan for each protégé based on behaviour change identified in the 360

degree structural assessment and behavioural interview

3.3.1. Coaching session I - one on one coaching to identify and effect the first leadership behaviour

change.

3.3.2. FGD session I - a combined session with the protégé and his/her reportees to plan project - I to

practice the first leadership behaviour change and identified people engagement

competencies.

3.3.3. Coaching session II - one on one coaching of each protégé for reviewing the outcomes of

coaching session I, identify the challenges of the behaviour practice post FGD session I and

plan for project II.

3.3.4. This process recurs every quarter with new behaviours and new projects.

Organizational Development (OD)

3.4.1. Protégé to build capabilities of the team by coaching the team in line with the goals and

objectives of the intervention.

Organizational Expertize (OE)

PROFILE OF THE COACH

Niket Karajagi is a business psychologist, coach and an organization

development facilitator. He has over 25,000 hours of consulting and training

experience while having contributed to over 175 organizations worldwide. He

has trained and coached well over 2,00,000 leaders and managers globally in

various behavioural and management areas. He has designed and implemented

over 120 training titles and OD interventions for organization scale-up, change,

and transformation. He contributes to technology, manufacturing, automotive, information technology,

FMCG, logistics, financial sector, telecom, services, pharmaceutical, realty and media houses regularly. His

body of knowledge is now under patenting after having been through the process of successful

implementation and validation. He is a certified coach for Marshall Goldsmith's renowned Stakeholder

Centered Coaching Process and 360-degree assessment for coaching on Global Leaders of Future

competencies. Niket today is implementing various change management and business scale-up

interventions in European organizations. He is certified in Design Thinking for Innovation by University of

Virginia; certified MBTI Practitioner, DISC assessor, and a trainer. He also has the International Saville

Accreditation to run their psychometric tools.

Niket is a Mechanical Engineer by education with a rich and diverse corporate experience of over a decade

in various senior management positions both in India and overseas. His successful career map includes

tenure ship as a profit centre head, direct and institutional sales, marketing, customer support, advertising

and product management, business consulting, channel management, franchise management, managing

large-scale operations, training, and human resource development. His corporate career comprises of start-

ups and business turn-around and transformation. As a corporate and business professional his strategic

experiences are shaped by the contributions to the Trinity of Corporate-Social-Government enterprises. He

has undergone training in the USA in "Process of Selling a Change." He is a Master Practitioner of

Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) certified by The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology,

USA.

As an entrepreneur, he founded Atyaasaa Consulting Private Limited, Pune India for contributing to Indian

business and people needs. He is actively involved in developing skill-sets at the grass root levels like

academic organizations, SME’s and NGO’s worldwide. Atyaasaa also has global partnerships for people and

Cost saving propositions

1. Six month coaching plan for high performers only with twelve months PEMR (exit at the end of sixth month).

2. Nine month coaching plan for potential performers only with twelve months PEMR (exit at the end of ninth month).

3. Twelve month coaching plan for average performers and overall effectiveness (exit at the end of twelfth month).

4. Fifteen month plan for below average performers (closure). Additional three months (phase V) for below average performers.

5. Combination of all four mentioned above for overall optimization.

Points to remember

1. The costs mentioned above are all inclusive (except taxes applicable).

2. Programme management cost includes travel and stay of the coach within .

3. If any session takes place virtually, the programme management cost attached to that session will be discounted @ 75% (except structural assessment and

behavioural interviews and rescheduled sessions conducted on web platform). The coaching cost shall remain the same.

4. International travel will entail an additional cost of travel and stay at actuals and travel allowance will payable extra depending on the location of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Conferencing costs, if incurred, to be borne by the client.

Exception handling:

 In case a protégé drops out from the intervention mid-way, no reduction in fee will be allowed.

 Any replacement thereof will start afresh and will be charged separately.

 In case a protégé misses out on a pre-scheduled coaching session, then his/her session will be

conducted on a web platform. During the entire duration of the intervention, only 02 (two) such

rescheduling of coaching sessions are permitted. Any further rescheduling of the coaching sessions

thereafter will be charged extra @ INR 10,000/- per rescheduled session per protégé. Discounts on

programme management fee will not be applicable in such cases of any rescheduling.

 In case a protégé is likely to miss out on a particular FGD, then his/her reporting manager will

participate in his/her place for that FGD.

 In case one FGD gets scheduled on a particular day for any reason, then the fee for the whole day will

be charged. Additional fee of one (01) day i.e. @ INR 1,00,000/- for the rescheduled FGD session(s) will

be charged separately.

 In case lack of commitment from the protégé towards the Helios coaching process is observed

consistently over a period of two (02) consecutive months or in the event of gross misconduct by the

protégé, the coach may decide to discontinue the Helios coaching process summarily and no refund of

the already paid amount will be given. No certificate will be issued to the discontinued protégé. No

change in the commercials will be affected for the remaining part of the coaching process.

 In case the client terminates the Helios coaching process midway for one or more or all protégés for

whatever reason, no refund of the already paid amount will be given and no certificate will be issued

to any of the dropped out protégés. No change in the commercials will be affected for the remaining

part of the coaching process.

 GST as per the prevailing rate (currently @ 18 %) will be payable extra.

 A formal purchase order should be generated in the name of “Atyaasaa Consulting Pvt. Ltd.” and sent to

us seven days before the commencement of the intervention.

 Monthly billing will be done at the end of each Coaching or Focussed Group Discussion session as per

the payment timelines mentioned above.

 Payment terms: 10 days credit from the date of invoice.
