Returns: Must be new & unused & purchased from us. Also, in clean, unopened, & original packaging. Warranty Returns: Must be purchased from us & subject to manufacturer's policy. Many items have moving parts that are repaired & returned. Tools that are altered or abused or worn out are not considered defects and cannot be returned. Special Orders: Subject to manufacturer's minimum order polices & standard pack quantites. In most cases NOF & special order can be added to stock orders. Otherwise actual shipping & handling charges will be added to the order. Special orders are not returnable.
