Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

Yoga Updates

GX CLASSES

Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio in the ARL Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled.Please register by clicking here. We have a few changes to our Yoga line-up, beginning in the month of June:

1. The Sunday “Vinyasa Flow” class will now be known as “Power Yoga,” and will be extended to 75 minutes. 2. We are adding a new Restorative Yoga class on Tuesdays at 10:45 AM. This class will flow directly from the 9:45 AM. Gentle Yoga class, but you do not need to take both classes to participate. Alex Ali will instruct. 3. The Gentle Yoga classes on Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 and Wednesday morning at 11:00 will go on hiatus for the summer. 4. Yogalates on Saturdays at 8:45 AM will go on hiatus for the summer. 5. Fitness Yoga on Fridays will shift to 5:45 PM (from 5:30 PM) to accommodate members’ work schedules. You can click here to register online for Fitness classes.
