Launched Law at Work, which provides on-demand employment law support for GCC employers. The online portal provides automated employment contracts and documentation to support clients across the employment lifecycle and an online Q&A facility enabling clients to tap directly into our expertise. Developed innovative pricing models, including sharing risk with our clients undertaking large-scale projects. Created One, a globally, locally tailored, cyber risk solution providing support on all cyber and related issues, from breach readiness audits to breach response, and through to successful resolution. Held modernization focus groups for Legal Counsel to foster ideas on future proofing their business. Invested in systems to prepare for future growth/efficiency, including creating the firm’s first innovation board.
