From a warehouse in the Dubai Autodrome Business Park, beyond the bustle of new Dubai, one locally owned business is bringing an appreciation for the motoring world of yesteryear. Fuelled by an unrelenting passion for motorsports, Frédéric Fatien, founder of GP Extreme, and his team are striving to bring automotive culture and history to the masses. Unassuming from the outside yet thrilling inside and on track, GP Extreme has operated globally since 2015 through its five entities: GPX Racing, GPX Historic, GPX Store, GPX Events, and GPX Forest. Perhaps the most known to the crown, GPX Racing is a professional team, officially backed by Porsche Motorsports, that competes in the highest level of GT class racing. As the winner of the 24h of Spa, 24h of Dubai, the Coppa Florio, the 1000km of Paul Ricard and the IGTC Porsche, the GPX Racing team has one of the most impressive prize lists in the GT world. Though on a current hiatus, as the team focuses on other ventures, GPX Racing looks to return soon, fuelled by the same passion for competition and winning, and backed by the strong support of a manufacturer and automotive brand to achieve the same goal of victory in the future.
Historic racing has always been magical for me, from iconic circuits to bringing a museum to the track, but also through the fervour of races, the drivers’ personalities, the roaring engines, the beauty of the cars, and the devoted atmosphere. We at GP Extreme take immense pride in inheriting this legacy, committing to upholding its esteemed reputation with great camaraderie, a fun environment, and a passionate community.
