The NGKF Capital Markets team compris- ing Mike Margolis , Taylor King , Dave Dolan and Brett Segal , along with area expert, Mike Maloney , represented the Tenants-in-Common Own- ership Group in the $98.4 mil- lion sale to Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company , a fully integrated commercial real es- tate investment and operating firm that primarily acquires, repositions and manages office, industrial and flex properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. 300 Four Falls boasts an enviable West Conshohocken location with direct access from Route 23, which provides Campbell sells 85,000 s/f Harrisburg area office building HARRISBURG, PA — Orrstown Bank has pur- chased an 85,000 s/f office building at 4750 Lindle Rd., Swatara Township, Harris- burg, from The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania. Orrstown Bank was estab- lished in 1919 in Orrstown, PA, and only had one branch until 1981. They have grown to 22 branches with plans to continue that growth. Operations in the Harris- burg Area office will sup- port Orrstown’s expansion into Dauphin, Lancaster and York Counties. Orrstown plans to initially use about one-third of the building for its business banking lenders, mortgage lenders, and wealth management and investment advisors.
