The property boasts eight private parking spots with additional parking avail- able in the adjacent municipal lot and a full basement ideal for storage needs. “The Hackensack Redevel- opment Project has led to an enormous amount of property changing ownership,” said Cas- sano. “263 Main Street is a per- fect example of the shift in two ways. Design N’ Stitch, was attracted to the space due to the recent updates made to the building, including a new roof which was completed in 2010 and a warehouse heater and HVAC system all installed within the past three years. “Beyond the fact that this property had the perfect lo- cation and amenities to at- tract a large pool of qualified prospective tenants, this deal was a particular pleasure for us to work with Ocean Edge Enterprises on,” said Cassano. “When we brokered the sale of this same property back in 2006, it was Ocean Edge En- terprises that was purchasing the property. Now nine-years later they are moving to a building three times the size in Pompton Plains and they asked us to represent them in the sale of the property. It goes to show that when a bro- ker is as community oriented as all of the associates are at NAI Hanson are, they wind up representing both parties in the transaction process.” NAI Hanson has a long his- tory with 109-111 Pink St. having served as the broker when Ocean Edge Enterprises purchased the building back in 2006. Continuing that re- lationship, NAI Hanson was once again selected to rep- resent the space in the most recent transaction on behalf of Ocean Edge Enterprises based on their superior mar- ket knowledge and existing relationship.
