Our average response time to attend to an emergency is 2 hours. Accreditations We hold all major industry accreditation and approval to work with public and private sector bodies. This includes being Safe Contractor Approved, CHAS Certified and maintaining ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance. Quotations We operate a 72-hour window from site visit to formal quotation being sent to customer. CCTV technology We provide all reports in Wincan V.8. This is an Insurance Approved Software package which fulfils all requirements in reporting documentation.

We use LDF to maintain our drainage systems regularly by taking advantage of their Pre-Planned Maintenance programme. It includes unlimited free-of- charge callouts to all serviced drainage and allows us to budget appropriately for all our annual drainage works. LDF operate a 72-hour window from a site visit from one of their Surveyors to a formal quotation being sent to us, and 99.9% of the time they stick to this. This is presented in a live and real-time view, beginning with when a job is scheduled and the customer receives an email to confirm the full details of their job. Upon completion of all planned/reactive works, an LDF Technician sends an email to the customer via PDA with confirmation of the actual work that has been carried out, including pictures of site before, during and after the job. If a recommendation has been noted by a Technician, a formal quotation will be sent within 72 hours of callout.
