Complete In-Person Walk Through (Step 2)
During the walkthrough I’ll:
❏ Ask you to take me on a tour of your home, as if you were the Realtor and I the potential buyer! I’d love to know anything in particular you love about your home and/or neighborhood.
Take pictures of each room (for our reference only)

❏ Begin filling out a detailed Property Fact Sheet which covers nearly 90% of the questions you can expect to receive from all buyers ( Note: We’ll aim to complete the walk through in 15 - 45 minutes ( as this may also be our introductory meeting) and will use the information we gather and pictures taken to provide detailed feedback on how to best prepare your home for sale.)
