Can I use variable data with these postcard designs? Yes! Variable Data Printing allows you to add a recipient’s name to each individual piece in a direct mail campaign. Adding a personal touch like this automatically improves your connection with past patients right at their mailbox, also improving their likelihood to schedule an appointment! How long does ordering, design, & shipping take? Once you have the order placed and choose your design-style, we should be able to have the artwork finalized in about 1 week. It then goes to print which will take 1 week before it mails out. From there, USPS typically takes approximately 12 days to hit mailboxes, though that varies depending on location across the country. Areas closer to our mailing center may arrive sooner. Who should I send the postcards to? We recommend first sending to your past patient list. This is the audience that has proven to generate the most results in our direct mail projects. If you want to expand on that, lists can be purchased by zip code to cover surrounding communities, but expect a lower response rate from people who don’t know you already. What results should I expect? Most of our clients see at least 0.5% - 1% of their list returning each time a postcard or newsletter is sent. That means about 5-10 patients for every 1000 postcards. To ensure the return on your investment is a good one, we recommend sending at least 2000, though lower quantities can be used if your past patient list is small. How do I order?
