Person Specification Education and experience Essential: • Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH certificate or equivalent • Experience of successfully managing project / programme delivery • Experience of leading and managing a small team. Must be a team player. • Experience of working in a housing environment and the associated legislative responsibilities Desirable: • Degree educated in project management, construction, building surveying or equivalent • MRICS, CIOB, IWFM or equivalent professional accreditation • Experience of dealing with Listed Buildings • Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act, Housing Act and standards of fitness for homes
Knowledge and skills Essential:
• High level of skills in safely delivering projects and operations compliant with H&S / CDM • Knowledge of housing environment and the associated legislative responsibilities • Ability to work confidentially and in line with safeguarding policy • Well-organized and administratively self- sufficient • Demonstrates a good attention to detail • High standard of literacy and numeracy • Thorough, effective user of IT Desirable: • Some understanding of Church of England structures and experience of working with the Ecclesiastical legislative framework.
