“On Wednesday morning, February 26th, 2025, we discovered a major water leak in our front driveway. We called our plumber and our gardener, and both were unavailable to respond quickly. We then called the HomeServices Department and you immediately canceled your appointments and met us at the house within 15 minutes. Acting quickly, you were able to locate the main house shut-off valve, dug until you found the leak, and arranged for a plumber to come and repair the broken pipe. Within 2 hours, from start to finish, our serious problem was resolved, and the water to the house was back up and running. We can’t think of any other home locations that provide this kind of professional and expedient service.
