KJ and RICK WHITE purchased the home of William and Lynn Shea on Deauville Drive. They also reside in Harrison, New York and have a home in Westhampton Beach, New York. KJ enjoys Pickleball, Canasta Mah Jongg and Fitness. Rick ran the private equity investment department at a Major US securities firm and is a board member of several public and private companies. He enjoys Golf, Pickleball, Skiing, Cards, Tennis, and Wine Tasting. They have two daughters, Elizabeth Bass married to Neal Bass and Alexandra White married to Joel Kuzniecky.
LAUREN and RICHARD MAYBAUM purchased a home on Loire Lane. They also have a residence in Greenwich, Connecticut. Richard is a partner and managing director of Littlejohn and Company, a financial business. He enjoys playing golf, travel, fitness, reading and art. He has a 15.9 golf handicap and looks forward to playing weekly and tournaments. Lauren enjoys golf as well, travel, fitness, read- ing and art. She is also trying her hand at tennis They have three children pictured from left to right, Alison age 26, Will age 22 and Hayley, age 28, next to Lauren and Richard.
