begin with moderate activities like walking, yoga, or swimming.

A Spring detox isn’t about eliminating entire food groups or depriving yourself—but it is about being aware of what you put in, comes out. How many hours do you spend each day on your devices? Try to avoid screens at least two hours before bedtime.

Sweat it Out: Consider engaging in activities like cycling or our aerobics classes that increase your heart rate. These exercises get blood pumping and help your body expel toxins through sweat. Strength Training: Incorporating strength training into your routine helps to build muscle, improve posture, and boost metabolism. Lighter weights or bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups are great for overall strength and detoxes. Stretch and Recover: Stretching exercises, such as yoga or Pilates, enhance flexibility and reduce stress. Make sure to allow time for rest and recovery, ensuring your body can rejuvenate.

CREATE YOUR PLAN

Putting together a plan really is about cultivating a lifestyle that supports your overall well-being. Incorporate these elements to round out your detox: • Sleep: A good night’s sleep is essential for recovery and rejuvenation. Aim for 7-9 hours per night. • Reduce Stress: Incorporate mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or journaling to reduce stress. Lower stress levels can improve digestion and overall health. • Nature Walks: Spend time outside in nature. Fresh air, sunlight, and time in nature can help reset your mind and body.
