Newsletters provide valuable education, content and engagement aimed at boosting returning patient numbers. TOOLS Basecamp. Basecamp is where the rough drafts and final drafts of your newsletter are posted, for review and feedback. It also houses a Docs & Files sections where photos and other content can be uploaded. Engage. Our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant, email marketing platform used to send out the digital version of the newsletter each month. Stat Tracker. We ask our clients to update their Stat Tracker at least once a month with their numbers of New Patients, Returning Patients, and Total Patient Visits.
