Partnership Marketing Media Kit 2025

Design Tracking – Flyers, Brochures & QR Codes For static assets like flyers, infographics, and brochures, we embed trackable URLs and QR codes that measure engagement. QR codes allow us to track the number of scans, geographic location, and device used, while UTM- tagged links record traffic source and behavior. For digital or interactive flipping brochures, we use tracking tools that report opens, time spent on each page, and navigation patterns, giving partners a full picture of reader interaction.

Webinar Participation Analytics For webinars, we track performance beginning with the registration form, followed by actual attendance, and even engagement during the session when the platform supports. These insights help us understand agent interest and follow-through, while also providing partners with detailed post-event summaries and lead lists. Webinars hosted through supplier or consortia platforms also provide reporting on agent turnout and interaction levels. PARTNER & VENDOR REPORTING We receive comprehensive campaign reports from our consortia and supplier platforms, including open rates, clicks, webinar attendance, impressions, and engagement. These external reports complement our internal tracking and are integrated into the final campaign summary provided to partners. INTERNAL RESERVATION & BOOKING CONVERSION TRACKING Beyond marketing performance, our internal travel management and reservation system allows us to track the full conversion journey from lead to booking. Campaign-specific leads are tagged within the system, allowing us to generate multi-level reports that show which promotions lead to actual bookings, by channel, partner, or campaign type. This closed-loop tracking ensures that our partners have clear visibility into the real impact of their investment.
