Financial Stability

Assists Santa Rosa residents with homeless prevention and support services. Highlights include: case management, retroactive rental assistance, security deposit assistance, and resource navigation. Provides emergency rental assistance, security deposit assistance, or mortgage payment assistance for households at risk of homelessness who need short term financial help in order to keep their home or get housing. Priority for families with children. Provides space rent arbitration for mobile home owners and park owners where rent increase is discussed. Provides rental assistance to very low- income individuals and families, older adults, persons with disabilities and veterans who reside in the County of Sonoma. Medi-Cal program information can be found online at http://www.dhcs.ca.gove/individuals/ Pages/default.aspx Assists in the application process of rental deposit funding programs and advocacy for affordable housing.
