SHORT DESCRIPTION

California’s Low Cost Automobile Insurance Program is state sponsored and makes insurance affordable for California residents that are income eligible and who have good driving records. Provides Wage Loss Benefits To Eligible Persons Unable To Perform Their Regular And Customary Work Duties Due To A Non-Work-Related Illness Or Accident, Or To A Medically Disabling Condition From Pregnancy Or Childbirth. Files claims for monetary damages caused by a state agency through the Government Claims program. Claims may include damage to real or personal property, reimbursement for state employee property loss, benefits, salary, travel expenses, refund of a tax, fee, or penalty, or contract disputes. Call for appointment. Provides counseling on Medi-Care, explaining how it works with other insurances such as Medi-Care supplemental policy, HMOs and long term insurance policies. To report a death, file for survivor’s benefits; service and non-service connected.
