Catholic Charities Diocese of Santa Rosa

Assists Santa Rosa residents with homeless prevention and support services. Highlights include: case management, retroactive rental assistance, security deposit assistance, and resource navigation. Section Eight Program (rental assistance) for older adults, low income and disabled. Housing rehabilitation available. Provides rental assistance to very low-income individuals and families, older adults, persons with disabilities and veterans who reside in the County of Sonoma. The Medical Baseline Program, also known as Medical Baseline Allowance, is an assistance program for residential customers who depend on power for certain medical needs.
