If you wish to track when an inspection or audit is due, the information is easily available in an extremely user-friendly format.

CHOOSE YOUR SAFETY TAG SYSTEM OPTION Option 1: The RGBY System In line with standard mining and construction procedures, the colour coded RGBY (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow) maintenance system allows for easy referencing and safety procedures. The RGBY system is commonly used for quarterly inspections. Each tag contains the most recent inspection date, and the colour should correlate with the quarterly colour indicated on the inspection board. A yellow ‘Out Of Service’ sticker is placed on any equipment which has failed the inspection.

ACCESSING YOUR ASSET REPORTS & INFORMATION Asset Summaries An Asset Summary Report enables you to conveniently view a summary of all your equipment to determine if these assets are bing inspected and maintained in a safe and serviceable condition. Hand information such as the product description and manufacturer, as well as the date of result of any inspection performed, are available on the one screen.

Field ID puts all your inspections and audits in the one place, enabling you to access your safety data in real time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers can also access and share asset reports and information from their own iPad or iPhone. Suddenly, safety success is not only possible, it’s simple and easy!

Reporting Field ID’s various reports assist customers with the sometimes arduous task of remaining compliant with safety regulations. The simplified search and reporting functions of the system also help you to gain insight into maintaining the safest workplace. Visual Inspection Reports, which show whether individual items have passed or failed on a specific date can be easily downloaded in PDF format. Full summaries of an inspection can also be viewed in the Event Summary Report.

Step 1: Go to our website bunzlsafety.com.au clock on the Inspection Login icon and log in to Field ID with your unique login and password. Your dashboard is your own home page, where you can display numerous graphs and statistics.
