College – Issue 36

It was back in 1922 that the Association first decided upon their colours being black, white, blue and gold – the colours of the crest. Since that time, a number of official ties have been produced using a combination of these colours. The latest version was presented to Year 13 leavers at the end of 2018. CCOBA committee member and former Vice President Sam Cowdy (12018) led the project. In a time where ties are being worn less and less, the Association felt this was one tradition it needed to maintain. With a refreshed style and colour combination, the silk tie is available for $40 plus postage. To order please contact Justine in the CCOBA office on A new design for the Old Boys’ tie
