At The Ritz-Carlton our environmental responsibility initiatives deliver an unparalleled guest experience while protecting our natural resources. As part of this commitment, your room will be serviced daily and your bed linens changed every other day. If you prefer a more frequent change of your linens, please dial the Front Desk or notify one of our Ladies and Gentlemen, and it will be our pleasure to provide this service. We invite you to join The Ritz-Carlton in minimizing our environmental imprint. If you hang your towels, we’ll assume you will be using them again. Of course, should you desire new towels, it is our pleasure to provide them. Simply leave your towels on the floor, and we will replace them with freshly laundered towels.
