A regular check-in call might be just what it takes to keep a developing Director thinking positively for the upcoming day. Use the time to congratulate them personally for their successes and find out how you can help them overcome their next hurdles. BREAK A SWEAT Exercise! While 45 minutes of sustained exercise a day is ideal, getting even 10 to 20 minutes before you start your day will pay dividends. Exercise helps get the blood pumping and gets you energised for a more productive work session.
