Fun-spirited and creative, Erin McEntee Adams is a full time Realtor in the Greater Kalamazoo Area . A traveler, wannabe fitness guru, wife and mother of two beautiful little princesses. Her independence and determination started at a young age and bloomed the day she decided to start her own Real Estate Business. Upon launching her career in 2004 she has received credentials for Rookie of the Year, Accredited Buyer Representative, e-Pro and Certified Relocation Specialist. Each year of her career has introduced her to new people and big ideas that have helped shape the success she has today.

Monthly 1-on-1 Touch Base with Regional Manager Your Regional Director is there to support in all these areas and help hold you accountable. We are a team! You will have a regular monthly call with your Regional Leader to go over items specific to your office, including goal progress in the areas of production, recruiting and ancillary support. Your Regional Leader is available to you for support whenever you need it, but this once-a-month meeting is for a regular touch base in addition to any other issues that arise. Weekly L10 The Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS®, is a set of concepts and tools that comprises a complete business management system that empowers entrepreneurs to reach their business goals and improve the lives of every individual the business affects.

One of the best ways to have the agents feel supported is to walk around the office once or twice a day to see who’s in the office. For the agents that are in the office, ask them how they are, see if there is anything you can do for them. They most likely will say they need nothing but this will reinforce that they are in the right spot and you are there to support them.
Throughout the process, you should have a good feel for who your agents are in your office. Continue to ask them questions, to make them feel important. Keep a close eye on any changes they may need your hep with. Hell [NAME].
