One of the best ways to have the agents feel supported is to walk around the office once or twice a day to see who’s in the office. For the agents that are in the office, ask them how they are, see if there is anything you can do for them. They most likely will say they need nothing but this will reinforce that they are in the right spot and you are there to support them.
Throughout the process, you should have a good feel for who your agents are in your office. Continue to ask them questions, to make them feel important. Keep a close eye on any changes they may need your hep with. Hell [NAME].
