Aluminum Rail Fall Arrest System Time-Tested Fall Protection
Not all Horizontal Systems are created equally. While most horizontal systems are comprised of a cable strung between endpoints, this is not always ideal, particularly in indoor and permanent installation applications. Rigid Rail Systems are Horizontal Systems comprised of rigid rail elements as opposed to cable. These systems are permanently installed and are typically used in areas where at-height repetitive operations are performed in the same location. Loading and unloading trucks or rail cars, aircraft maintenance, and manufacturing/assembly are some common instances where rigid rail systems are more effective.
KEEP IT SIMPLE, MAKE IT BETTER
Fall Distances Shorter Than 24 inches when used in conjunction with appropriate Self Retracting Lanyards. Lower Required Clearance thanks to extruded aluminum construction that doesn’t sag or deform, allowing for much lower clearance requirements for tighter, safer fall distances. Fewer Required Structural Anchorages due to its solid construction when compared to Lifeline Systems. This allows you to clear larger spans between structural anchorages and cover broad areas with a solid, overhead anchorage. Greater Load Distribution thanks to the strength and rigidity of the rail segments, dramatically reducing strain on structural anchorages by distributing dynamic loads more evenly. Lighter, Simpler, and More Cost Effective than traditional steel rigid rail systems which require bulky, complicated truss systems for support and strength. That means less wasted material and man- hours, both for the installation, and for the facility it will be installed in. Ideal for Permanent Installation indoors or out in virtually any environment, with little to no maintenance required.
