Democracy & Me Incursion
At the incursion we learnt about Democracy and the Government. There were 6 candidates ~ flower, chief, cabbage, court & brick. The class voted who would be Mayor and there were bodyguards next to the voting box. The Mayor was Aubrey H. Overall, I felt happy about the incursion. Beatrice R. Yesterday was a fun day we learnt about the Government ~ Mason won because he won most of the votes and became mayor. Nicole said “ Mason will break the table with the gavel ” all the students laughed. We were voting if we should keep dogs on their leash or off; I voted dogs on the leads.
