City Experience The city was a good experience for learning how to navigate the city, the fun parts are the electives and traveling around the city and learning how to navigate. Some of the highlights of City Experience is ice skating because it was fun to see people try it for the first time and try new things. Other fun things are going to the sights in the city like the Shrine of Remembrance and seeing all the things built to remember to soldiers that had served in the war. During our tour of Parliament we saw where all of the laws are debated, and the State Library was a nice and quiet place to relax after a day of walking . It was fun to walk around with friends in the city and, sometimes getting lost and other times finding our way, and eating different foods. Lucas M What Riley and I liked most about City Experience was exploring the city and finding new things that we had never seen before. We loved going around with our friends in a group and exploring new places and figuring our way around the city. One of the places we went to was Melbourne Central, a good place for us to eat. Another fun thing was to find the other groups of people and hanging out with them. Other favourites were Fortress, the Museum, finding our friends, and all of the other activities. Riley & Izaak
YEAR NINE
During city experience we were faced with many challenges with getting around the city and navigating through the mysterious and different roads of Melbourne. We had many activities such as going ice skating and Eureka Skydeck We also learned how to navigate through public transport using trams, trains and buses. We had a lot of free time in the city in between activities, so we did things such as play pool, went to arcades, explored food places, went to places like Crown where one of our friends nearly lost his phone, and also spend quality time with friends .
