Career Pathways
CAREERS AND PATHWAYS Every year we aim to provide all students with opportunities to explore their futures through experiences and educational opportunities. It is a collaborative effort across subjects and year levels. SUCCESS IN YEAR 12 School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships – congratulations to Maddi G in Year 12 for her success as a carpentry apprentice whilst completing Year 12. It is not easy balancing school and employer expectations. Conditional Early Entry into TAFE or University – well done to all students who have obtained an offer in one of the following courses: Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Teacher Education, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Biomedicine, Bachelor of Health, Diploma of Sport. Conditional offers either reduce or remove requirements for entry to the course of interest. “ An early entry offer is such a stress relief. I know where I am going next. ” Adrian, Year 12 Transition programs – thank you to MAS National, AGA and JobCo for providing a range of onsite services, including “ Transition to Work ” and additional career counselling for students as they leave school.
