To ensure that the statement is filed on time, the committee may submit the filing if it is signed by one of the following: the candidate, treasurer, or assistant treasurer. If the candidate’s signature is missing, submit an amendment to provide their signature as soon as possible. Likewise, if both the treasurer and assistant treasurer are unavailable, submit an amendment to provide the required signature as soon as possible. E. I do not intend to raise any funds from others and I will not be spending any personal funds on my campaign other than the payments for the filing fee and ballot statement fee.
