CANDIDATES! Nomination papers as well as all other official documents and forms required for running for office are provided by, and must be filed with, the San Bernardino City Clerk prior to the deadline. ❖ The filing period for Nomination Documents is: Monday, November 13, 2023, through Friday, December 8, 2023. If an incumbent fails to file by 4:00 p.m. on December 8, there will be a filing period extension by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023 (for candidates other than incumbent).
❖ Where to file: City Clerk Department, 201 North E Street, Suite A, San Bernardino, CA 92401.
❖ Nomination Documents will be accepted: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. except for Holiday closures. Appointment to submit your nomination documents are required, please call the San Bernardino City Clerk Department at (909) 384-5002.
❖ Holiday closures during the nomination period: Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 23, 2023 Day After Thanksgiving – Friday, November 24, 2023
