INGREDIENTS • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt • ¼ cup mayonnaise • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper • 1 12-ounce bag broccoli slaw • 1 cup shredded red cabbage • 1 cup shredded carrot • ½ cup dried cranberries • ¼ cup chopped scallions
• 1 teaspoon sugar • ½ teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Add broccoli slaw (or hand-cut stems), cabbage, carrot, cranberries and scallions; toss to coat.
