Sinclair & Rush - Product Overview Brochure 2019

PROUD TO MANUFACTURE WITHIN THE UK

Dip Moulding This process sees heated

Extrusion This process pushes heated material through a die to create a continuous profile, for S&R, this is predominantly our tubing seen in our VisiPak range but we are also able to extrude our foam grips. Once the tubes are produced, they are able to be cut to specified lengths. This manufacturing method is extremely efficient and economical. We also take pride knowing that this product is 100% recyclable and can be reused. Our factory re-use the waste material to produce new tubes on the line. To complement the large range of clear packaging tubes, we also offer a large range of closures. This means they are a bespoke product, adaptable for most requirements.

Injection Moulding This process sees heated plastic or rubber granules driven into metal chambers at high pressure, filling a cavity and retaining the form once cooled. This stands to be the most accurate and controllable process for manufacturing components. Sinclair & Rush’s continual investment in this process means we utilise machines from 35 Ton presses for lightweight components all the way through to 450 Ton machines for much larger mouldings or for tooling with high numbers of impressions.

Custom Sinclair & Rush are a fully integrated manufacturer.
