In order to avoid mildew in the texture of the tissue, we recommend the frequent use of a soft brush for the cleaning of the surface. Dust and organic dirt may deposit in the tissue’s texture and together with humidity they may cause the formation of mould. The acrylic fibre is mildew resistant. Cerdalón fabrics dry quickly; they are washable at 40 Cº in a delicate washing cycle. No bleaching, no drycleaning; you may tumble dry at low temperature and please try to avoid creasing.

Fernando Cerdá Blanes & Hijos S.A. gives a THREE YEARS WARRANTY to the buyer of CERDALÓN outdoor - indoor fabrics for the possible latent defects which may affect the properties of the product. This warranty is limited by the following terms and conditions: The warranty is for a period of THREE YEARS, valid since the date of purchase. For claiming the warranty, it will be necessary to present a copy of the purchase invoice which shows the name of the fabric, colour, quantity and price. The warranty covers exclusively the loss of colour and resistance of the fibre due to normal exposition of solar radiation, salinity and general atmospheric agents. The warranty covers exclusively fabrics CERDALON of fibre or yarn dyed acrylic. The warranty for slight shading of colours over time is limited for specific colours like for example pistachio 26 and turquesa 27 or similar colours to this range. If the fabric is integrated into another product like cushion, umbrella, curtain or any other finished product, and if it is in any way damaged by the materials incorporated into the product, this warranty will not apply. For example, if the fabric deteriorates due to drilling shafts of an umbrella. In this case the responsibility for the deterioration of the fabric will be the material which caused the damage. The warranty will not be applied in case of which the fabric is damaged in the process of confection or manipulation or an incorrect installation. The warranty does not cover damages due to circumstances beyond our control; for example fire, flood, air pollution, bird excrements, mechanical or faudulent actions. Cleaning and taking care fo the fabric will be responsibility of the buyer. In order to apply the warranty, the fabrics need to be treated following the care instructions which we show below. Care instructions: Please clean regularly dust and dirt using a soft brush. Dry and clean stains which occasio nally may appear, before it imbeds itself in the fabric. Machines wash with maximun 40Cº, soft washing powder; or by hand, with the help of a soft brush Do not use bleaching. Rinse thoroughly with water and air dry or tumble dry at low temperature. For ironing, use maximum 150Cº. Avoid steam pressing. Do not dry clean. In case of application of warranty, Fernando Cerdá Blanes & Hijos S.A. will deliver the new fabric without charge. In case the product has run out of collection, we will offer a similar fabric in appearance and price. The warranty covers only the fabric. Fernando Cerdá Blanes & Hijos S.A. may claim the defective fabric with the objective of analysis. Therefore CERDALÓN suggests the proper use of the product under the conditions stated in this warranty information.
