Norooz at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center will be held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. This celebration offers activities for all ages, and admission is free. March 17-19 Unpub 7: Unpublished Board Game Festival
For an evening of free fun, play unpublished board games. Last year, more than 1,400 people came to Unpub 6, and 2,000 people are expected for this year’s Unpub 7. There will be vendors, more than 120 game designers and enough play testers to fill the 16,000-square-foot Baltimore Convention Center. There is also a special guest: Zev Shlasinger of Z-Man Games and Wizkids. Shlasinger has been behind many unique games, including No Thanks and Earth Reborn.
