The attached report includes an executive summary, six subcommittee reports, and appendices. It provides an exploration and preliminary assessment of what strategic pursuit of HSI status would involve and require at CWU. It identifies common themes, highlights key strengths, presents major gaps, names key resource needs, and suggests a path forward, all in an effort to show how strategic thinking about best serving our fastest-growing student demographic will help to improve the educational experience for all students at CWU.
