Washington Enrollment Profile The changes in numbers and mix of high school graduates at the national level are amplified at the state level. Table 2 reveals a changing profile of the Washington high school graduate. While the total will grow modestly (8%) over 10 years, the number of Hispanic graduates will increase by 72%. As a result, the ethnic mix of the total will shift: Hispanics will make up 29% of the total, other traditionally underrepresented groups will remain the same, and the percent of Whites will fall from 67.5% in 2015-16 to 63.9% in 2024-25.
