ASL-level Coordinator/Director To assist the coordination of curriculum and programming aspect of HSI among all units around the university. Curriculum Development To orchestrate a Latinx curriculum committee (via CLLAS) capable of 1) identifying in detail existing offerings, 2) proposing and supporting new curricular development, and 3) helping organize all-related content in a centralized website. To critically redefine policies and practices related to hiring and retaining faculty of color. To conduct cultural competence training among all-personnel levels at CWU and Inclusive Classroom Environments among faculty Programmatic Development To strengthen DEC’s operational capacity through the creation of a Multicultural Center.
